Enclosed structure with 2"x4" studded walls wrapped with T-11 outside wall covering. Ran all electrical wiring to indoor/outdoor outlets and light switches. Installation of R-13 insulation for environmental protection and economic energy consumption. Finished out interior ceilings and walls.

Installation of "floating floor" in kitchen and replacing old ceiling tiles with new tiles in finished basement. Installation of tiles in downstairs shower. Installed new light fixtures and ceiling fans. Cleaned doors, windows, carpets, bathroom, kitchen, and basement for future home owners.
